Important Information:

• There are no amenities on-site. The nearest facilities or public toilets, are located in Bullsbrook town site.

• Rhan'z Barn operates as a working farm. Please dress appropriately and wear enclosed shoes. Sturdy enclosed footwear is mandatory for all visitors, and gumboots are highly recommended. The tour includes walking on uneven ground, which may have mud and cow manure.

• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult from your group. Guests are responsible for managing their children's behavior and ensuring compliance with the rules and instructions from Rhan'z Barn staff.

• Rhan'z Barn is also our home, so please respect any restricted areas during your visit.

• Please bring your own snacks and drinks as we do not sell refreshments.

• Kindly follow all instructions to ensure a pleasant experience for both you and our animals.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a visit if visitors do not adhere to our instructions or behave inappropriately.

• Amateur photos using phones are welcome. For professional photography, we work exclusively with Crescent Photography. Please contact us for more details on additional photography packages.

• Depending on the cattle's location during your visit, there may be some walking involved. While we have a picnic table available, we cannot guarantee its proximity to the cows during your visit. You are welcome to bring a picnic blanket for seating near the cattle.

Risk and Liability Acknowledgement:

Participation in activities at Rhan'z Barn, including interacting with livestock like Highland cattle, involves inherent risks. By booking and paying for our tours/experiences, you:

Acknowledge these risks, Accept full responsibility for your participation Release Rhan'z Barn, its owners, employees, and agents from liability for any injury, damage, or loss.

Our cattle are generally calm, but as living animals, they may exhibit unpredictable behavior. They are large animals weighing hundreds of kilograms and have horns.

Rhan'z Barn operates as a working farm. It includes electric fences, uneven terrain, grass, mud, and cow manure.

Cancellation Policy:

Our sessions are booked in advance, and the time is reserved specifically for you. Preparing for your visit requires considerable effort on our part. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. However, with adequate notice, we are happy to reschedule your visit:

• 1 week or more notice: Free to reschedule.

• 2-7 days notice: $50 rescheduling fee.

• Within 48 hours or 'no show': No refunds or rescheduling permitted (full loss of fees paid).

Our policy for sessions:

• Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions, including light rain, except for extreme heat, storms, and dangerously heavy rain as determined by Rhan'z Barn. If Rhan'z Barn cancels a session, guests may choose between a refund or rescheduling.

Weather above 35 degrees is subject to the hosts discretion taking into consideration to conditions.

• If you are delayed, your session will be shortened accordingly and will end at the scheduled finish time. Arriving more than 20 minutes after the booked start time without contacting Rhan'z Barn via phone call will be considered a 'no show'.

• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
